300 gram chicken breast, boneless & skinless

5 cloves garlic, blended
3 nos onion, blended
20 gram ginger, blended
20 gram garlic, blended
2 stalks lemongrass, blended
10 gram galangal, blended
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 strings curry leaf
100 ml water
4 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
Oil, for deep frying


1. In a bowl, mix chicken with ingredient A and B marinate for overnight or 1 hour.

2. Heat oil, deep fried chicken until golden brown.
