Fried to golden perfection, coated in a rich salted egg yolk sauce, this dish is guaranteed to impress your loved ones.

300 g | chicken pieces, boneless & cut into small cubes |
1 teaspoon | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
1 cup | flour |
½ cup | corn flour |

4 tablespoon (50 g) | butter |
3 cloves | garlic, chopped |
1 sprig | curry leave |
3 bird’s eye | chilli, chopped |
C: | |
3 | salted egg yolk, pre-boiled & mashed |
1 cup | evaporated milk |
½ cup | water |
1 teaspoon | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and mix in MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
2. Heat oil. In a bowl, mix flour and corn flour. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
3. Dip chicken in flour, then egg and end flour again. Deep fry until golden brown. Repeat until chicken is finished.
4. Then, prepare the sauce. Heat pan and add in ingredients B. Stir fry until fragrant.
5. Pour in ingredients C, let it come to a boil and mix in the chicken. Serve immediately.
TIPS: Enhance the nutrients and colour of your dish with vegetables such as carrots and broccoli.
HACK: Mash egg yolk and add a bit of water to prevent any crumbles.
