Ingredients

A:
300 g chicken pieces, boneless & cut into small cube
1 tea spoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 cup flour
½ cup corn flour
1 egg
1 tea spoon oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
B:
3 table spoon lemon juice
2 table spoon sugar
200 ml water
1 tea spoon light soy sauce
1 tea spoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
2 tea spoon corn starch
1 table spoon water

Preparation

1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and mix in MAGGI® CukupRasa™.

2. Heat oil. In a bowl, mix flour and corn flour. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.

3. Dip chicken in flour, then egg and end flour again. Deep fry until golden brown. Repeat until chicken is finished.

4. Next, heat pan, add in oil and stir fry garlic until fragrant. Pour ingredients B, let it simmer for 1 minute and pour in corn flour to thicken the sauce.

5. Add in chicken and serve immediately. 

TIPS: Instead of deep frying the chicken, opt to grill or pan-fry.

HACK: To save time, prepare the lemon sauce before you start cooking.
