Ingredients

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oil
400 g beef, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
2 tablespoon corn starch
A:
1 tablespoon oil
1 inch ginger, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 leaves spring onion, cut 2 inches long
½ red capsicum, cut into cubes
½ yellow capsicum, cut into cubes
2 tablespoon cashew nuts
¼ cup carrots
B:
2 tablespoon MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon black vinegar
1 teaspoon thick soy sauce
100 ml air
2 teaspoon corn flour
1 tablespoon water

Preparation

1. Heat pan and pour in oil. Mix MAGGI® CukupRasa™ with beef and coat with corn flour.

2. Stir fry beef on high heat, for about 5- 10 minutes. Set aside on a strainer.

3. In the same pan, add oil and stir fry ingredients A until fragrant. Pour in ingredients B and let it simmer.

4. Thicken with corn flour and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.

TIPS: Besides capsicum, other vegetables like broccoli and sweet peas can also be used.

HACK: The juice strained from the beef can be poured over the dish towards the end to enhance its flavours.
