Ingredients

1 tablespooncooking oil
10 gMAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 tablespoonspring onions, sliced 3cm in length
1red chilli, sliced
2yellow onions, sliced
2eggs

Preparation

1. In a bowl, add in the MAGGI® CukupRasa™, spring onions, red chilli, yellow onions and eggs. Whisk it all together.

2. Next, heat up your oil in a wok and add in the egg mixture. Cook for 2 minutes.

3. After that, carefully turn egg over and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Now, it’s ready to be served and you can even add some extra spring onions as garnish. Isn’t this a simple way to make eggs a part of your day?
