Ingredients

A:
250 gram flour
¼ tsp soda bicarbonate
300 ml water
1 nos egg
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ tbsp MAGGI CukupRasa
B:
1 no onion, chopped
1 no red chili, chopped
½ no carrot, shredded
10 nos prawn, clean and deveined

Preparation

1. Mix ingredient A in a bowl, add in ingredient B. mix well.

2. Heat oil in a wok, deep fry the batter with high heat.

3. Serve hot with MAGGI Chili Sauce.
