Ingredients

4 cencaru,clean and sliced
1 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
1 tbsp oil
A: (Blended)
10 pieces dried chili, soaked
1 no onion
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
½ inch turmeric
3 nos lemongrass
2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp MAGGI CukupRasa
½ no coconut shredded (Kelapa parut)

Preparation

1. Blend ingredient A finely. Mix blended paste with coconut.

2. Sliced at the back of cencaru, and stuff in blended mixture inside.

3. Heat pan with 1 tbsp. of oil, grill fry fish for 20 -25 minute with medium heat.

4. Serve hot.
