3 nos tofu firm, cut into 9 & pan-fried
4 pieces tempeh, cut into cubes & pan-fried
3 pieces fucuk, soaked & cut
2 pieces soo hoon, soaked & cut
4 tbsp corn oil
A: (Blended)
10 nos shallots
5 cloves garlic
¼ cup dried anchovies, soaked
10 pieces dried chili, soaked
5 pieces bird eye chilies
2 nos lemongrass
½ inch galangal
4 tbsp coconut milk
4 tbsp tamarind water
2 tbsp MAGGI CukupRasa


1. In a wok, stir fry ingredient A until fragrant and oil separated.

2. Add in ingredient B, stir well.

3. Stir in tofu, tempe, fucuk and soo hoon. Mix until well blend.
