Ingredients

A:
3 clovesgarlic, chopped
2 sprigscurry leaves
5bird’s eye chilli, sliced
5prawns, cleaned and deveined
2squid, sliced
50 gbutter
B:
4salted egg yolk, pre-boiled and mashed
300 mlNestle Just Milk Full Cream
3 tablespoonsNestle Fat Free Yogurt Natural
2 teaspoonsMAGGI® CukupRasa™
200 gspaghetti, boiled and drained

Preparation

1. In a pan, stir fry ingredients A until fragrant.

2. Add in ingredients B and let it simmer for 1 minute.

3. Add in spaghetti and stir thoroughly. Serve hot.
