Ingredients

A:
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 shallot, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons chilli paste
100 g chicken breast, sliced
100 g carrots, cut 2 inches long
100 g cabbage cleaned and sliced
B:
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
400 g yellow noodles, washed and drained
Garnish:
cucumber, sliced
red chilli, sliced
calamansi lime (limau kasturi), cut into half
egg (optional)

Preparation

1. Heat wok. Stir fry ingredients A for 2 minutes.

2. Combine ingredients B and pour into the wok. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

3. Add garnishing and serve hot.

HACK: Mix together ingredients B and store it aside as a sauce for any other recipe.
