Ingredients

A:
2 tablespoonscorn oil
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
2 tablespoonschilli paste
150 gshrimp, peeled and deveined
50 gsquid, sliced
B:
1 tablespoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 teaspoondark soy sauce
2 tablespoonswater
3 packsshort laksa noodles, washed and drained
2eggs, beaten
100 gbean sprouts, washed and rinsed
100 gchives, sliced 1 cm long
Garnish:
spring onion
red chilli, sliced
calamansi lime (limau kasturi), cut into half

Preparation

1. Heat wok. Stir fry ingredients A for 2 minutes.

2. Combine ingredients B and add in to the wok, along with the noodles, eggs and vegetables.

3. Cook for 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.

4. Add garnishing and serve hot.

HACK: If you enjoy a more chewy texture, you can opt for udon noodles instead.
