Ingredients

450 gram lamb, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
A:
3 string rosemary
4 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
B:
200 gram potato
100 gram carrot, sliced
100 gram orange, sliced
100 gram pineapple, sliced
C: (mint sauce)
1 bunch (60 gram) mint leave, chopped finely
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsps. apple vinegar
½ no lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa

Preparation

1. In bowl, combine rosemary, MAGGI CukupRasa, garlic paprika and black pepper. Stir well.

2. Pour the combine sauce with the lamb and marinate, and mix everything evenly. Set aside for at least 30 minutes or for more flavor marinate overnight.

3. Heat griller or pan, pan fried until well done.

4. Mix potato, carrot, orange and pineapple in the marinate lamb mixture, grill all together.

5. In a jar or bowl, mix all ingredient C and shake or whisk until all combined.
