Ingredients

300 gram cooked rice
A:
250 gram salmon, cut into cube
1 no shallots, chopped
½ tsp ginger, grated
1 no cili padi, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp apple cider/lime
½ tsp sesame oil
B:
100 gram carrot, sliced thinly
100 gram cucumber, sliced thinly
½ no avocado, sliced
½ cup seaweed, sliced
50 gram corn

Preparation

1. In a bowl, marinate salmon, chopped shallot, ginger and cili padi. Stir well.

2. Pour in soy sauce, MAGGI Oyster Sauce apple sider or lime and sesame oil. Marinate it for 30 minutes or overnight.

3. Heat pan, and stir fry marinate salmon until well evenly cooked. Set aside

4. In a serving bowl, add in cook rice and arrange carrot, cucumber, avocado and corn.

5. Add the salmon in the middle and sprinkle seaweed on top of the dish.
