Ingredients

4 nos eggs
A:
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 no yellow onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 no yellow capsicum, cut into cubes
3 no tomato, cut into cube
60 gram MAGGI Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon MAGGI CukupRasa
100 ml water
Serve:
Bread multi-grain

Preparation

1. Heat pan, stir fry onion, garlic until fragrant. Sprinkle coriander and add in capsicum stir well.

2. Add in tomato, MAGGI Tomato Sauce, MAGGI CukupRasa and pour water.

3. Let it simmer, make a small four holes and slowly crack the egg in the hole.

4. Cover and let it pouch for 2 minutes.

5. Serve with whole wheat bread.
