Ingredients

250 gram prawn, deveined and peeled
A: (Sauce)
3 nos garlic
4 nos bird eye chili
1 bunch coriander root
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
1 whole lime juice
1 tbsp honey/brown sugar
350 gram (1 pack) Kailan, clean and sliced
100 gram carrot, shredded

Preparation

1. In a mortar, pound all ingredient A until well mix.

2. In a small bowl, 3 tbsp sauce with prawn.

3. Heat pan or griller, grill the marinate prawn until well done.

4. Mix kailan and carrot with the remaining sauce and top with hot grill prawn.
