Ingredients

500 gram cooked rice
A:
2 tbsp corn oil
2 nos shallots, pounded
4 cloves garlic, pounded
6 pieces bird eye chilies, pounded
1 tbsp anchovies, soaked and pounded
B:
50 gram prawn, cleaned
50 gram squid, cleaned and sliced
100 gram carrot, shredded
10 pieces sweet peas
3 stick crab stick, sliced 2 cm long
2 pieces king oyster mushroom, sliced small size
1 tbsp MAGGI® CukupRasa

Preparation

1. In a wok, stir fry ingredient A until fragrant.

2. Add in ingredient B. Stir well until cooked.

3. In a wok, pour in the rice and stir well.

4. Once cooked, serve in a plate while still hot.
